| 概要 |
An X-ray generator with an electron gun of thermal cathode type has been developed. The obtained X-ray yield is compared with those got by a field emission type electron gun used for a long time in ou...r laboratory. It has been concluded that the yield of new X-ray generator of the thermal cathode type is quite larger than that of the field emission type and the ultra accurate position sensing has become possible. And it is tried to extend it to generate pulse X-rays.続きを見る
