概要 Characterization of graphite structure has been performed by means of positron annihilation, X-ray diffraction and laser Raman spectroscopy. Positron annihilation lifetime was shortest in HOPG (highly... oriented pyrolytic graphite), i. e. 210 psec, and FWHM of the angular correlation curve was largest, i. e. 13.2 mrad. Lattice constant obtained by X-ray diffraction was 6.70 A and peak position of Raman spectroscopy was 1580 cm-1. But in degraded HOPG, isotropic graphites these values were greatly changed, namely lifetime increased and FWHM decreased. Lattice constant increased and new peak position 1355 cm-1appeared. These are considered to correspond to incomplete structures in graphites, i. e., interfaces between coherent regions, grain boundaries, pores and so on.続きを見る
