| 概要 |
The dc resistance of layered material CuFeTe_2 responds to oxygen concentration by intercalation. We have investigated oxygen response of the impedance in the frequency range of 20Hz ~ 1MHz. From anal...izing by the complex impedance plot, it has been found that the ac equivalent circuit parallel and perpendicular to the sintered sample surface represents a resistance R_∥, and the parallel circuit of a resistance R_⊥, and a capacitance C_⊥ , respectively. The R_⊥ has been also found to linearly respond to the oxygen concentration at room temperature.続きを見る
