| 概要 |
Searching for the model of simultaneous development in both economic and social sphere is one of the major tasks for the scholars involved in the development studies since the development of one spher...e is not easily convertible to that of the other. The case of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the best performer in terms of Human Development Index in Central Asia provides us with a good testing case for the mechanism of both economic and social development. Examining the performance in economic and social fields through the main indicators, the paper found that Kazakhstan has not fared in social sphere compared to its rapid growth of economy in terms of GDP. It argues that one of the major problem lies in the increasing gap between the rural and urban areas in both terms of economic growth and social well being.
経済と社会分野の同時的発展が可能なモデルの探索は、開発学分野の学者たちには非常に重要な課題であろう。これは一つの分野の発展が、他の分野の発展に繋がらないためである。中央アジアで人間開発指数がもっとも高いカザフスタンのケースは、我々に経済・社会の同時発展のメカニズムを分析するのに非常に興味深いケースを提供してくれる。重要な指数を通じて、カザフスタンの経済と社会分野の発展を分析し、本稿は、カザフスタンの社会分野は急速な経済成長より発展しなかったことを発見した。こうした相対的に低い社会発展の主な原因は、徐々に広がっている都市とルーラルの地域格差であることが明らかになった。続きを見る
