| Abstract | The differentiation of high school graduates is influenced by various factors, the graduate's ability and aspiration, his socio-economic status, reference group, high school tracking system etc… This ...study focuses on the social factors the individual condition, then we use the date of 46 prefectures from 1953 to 1980. Indicies are socio-economic conditions, enrollment of higher educational agencies, enrollment of high school, and high school tracking system. By the step-wised regression analysis, we find that high school system determines some aspects of the career differentiation of high school graduates.show more |
