The concept, "Human Security", has been discussed in relation with poverty, hunger, natural disaster, conflict, violence, education, human rights, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, and other infectious diseases, health, education as well as information and communication technology (ICT). These are all interlocked complex issues. 'Health' is absolutely necessary to protect Human Security. 'Basic Education' is fundamental to protect people's health. This article first reviews 'Health' and 'Basic Education' with Human Security perspectives, and reconfirm the importance of 'Health Education' to protect Human Security. While this is a concept review paper, it also introduces cases from China and Central Asia.
